The Brief

Concept a best-in-practice redesign of the Ryanair Homepage, Fare Finder and Booking Flow.
 

The Solution

With a rapidly expanding business and a reputation for poor customer experience, Ryanair challenged us to design a best-in-practice digital experience for the busiest parts of their website. 

We removed dark patterns and unnecessary clutter to create a beautiful, frictionless experience which would leave users surprised and delighted. I looked at elevating the design language, with new fonts, iconography, colours and a photography style to help Ryanair stand out against competitors both visually and experientially.
